How to Change the Phone number for Extra Time Requests and Notes
When a team sends a crew note or submits an extra time request, a text message is sent to the phone number listed on admin user accounts. To ensure the office receives these alerts, all admin users should have the office phone number listed.
1. Go to Users
Log into the system
Click Users
2. Open each Administrator profile
Select each user with Administrator access
Review the phone number listed
3. Update the phone number
Replace the existing number with the office phone number
Ensure all admin users have the same office number
Click Save
4. Confirm notification behavior
When a cleaner submits a crew note
When a cleaner requests extra time
A text message will be sent to the phone number listed on admin accounts.
Important Reminder
Only Admin users receive these text notifications
If admins have different phone numbers listed, alerts will go to those individual numbers
For centralized communication, always use the office phone number
